Optimus Sourcing provides a range of Managed Learning Services and our clients can choose how much of these to use from consultancy, as a bespoke managed training service through to a complete outsourced service.
External Training Administration – We know that managing the process of administering training can be time-consuming and challenging. Our Managed Learning Service allows you to outsource this training administration which will reduce costs and increase time, allowing you to spend more time on strategic decisions for your employees.
Training Sourcing – Just tell Optimus Sourcing your training requirement and we will source the best solutions for you, be it public schedule, in-house, bite size or an elearning course. This applies to single delegate requirements through to company roll outs. We look for solutions that will benefit the delegate(s) and are enjoyable.
Dedicated Service Team – When using our Managed Learning Service you will be assigned an account manager and service manager who will provide advice on the learning solutions, certifications, manage your training plans, and learn about your business and culture to ensure the solutions you receive are relevant to your business.
Bespoke Booking Process – You will receive your own bespoke service, with a Commitment of Service agreement to define the process for sending out confirmations, joining instructions and more. This flexible step by step process is automated inline with your current system and business requirements.
Training Needs Analysis – We can offer a complete Training Needs Analysis and Consultancy service. Our consultants have several years experience, exhaustive knowledge and come from a range of industry sectors. This means that you would receive independent recommendations and advice to ensure that the learning solutions fulfil the training need in the most effective way.
Training Evaluation – These are automatically sent out once the training course has finished or at a time you dictate to ensure the learning has been relevant and effective. These are based on Kirkpatrick Levels 1 to 4 and can be tailored to your requirements, or we can send out your company forms on your behalf.
Supplier Management – Optimus Sourcing will act as a single point of contact so can manage all the training providers you currently work with and handle new supplier procurement. We will select providers that meet your requirements and negotiate terms and rates. We continually look for new training providers and have an approval process before we add them to our database.
Management Report – Our reporting tool will provide you with comprehensive Learning reports based on the criteria you require. These reports will provide you with Learning & Development spending figures, employee records, evaluation scores and more allowing you to control and monitor against your L&D goals and strategy.
