Prezi is a cloud-based (SaaS) presentation software and storytelling tool for exploring and sharing ideas upon a virtual canvas.  Prezi allows anyone who can sketch an idea on a napkin to create and perform stunning non-linear presentations with relations, zooming into details, and adjusting to the time left without the need to skip slides.

A day long Mastering Prezi Workshop – participants will learn about the software and the tools & techniques to enhance Prezi features.

IBM Training UK approve Optimus Sourcing as IBM Reseller for 2nd year

Adult Learners Week – 14-20th May 2011

From learning Pilates to gaining a PhD, Adult Learners’ Week celebrates learning and learners in all their diversity, inspiring thousands of people each May to try something new. The initiative promotes the benefits of all kinds of learning, whether it is for fun or leading to a qualification.

Celebrating the 20th Adult Learners’ Week in 2011, the initiative continues to be the largest drive for learning of its kind – celebrated in over 55 countries across the world. Founded and co-ordinated by the National Institute of Adult Continuing Education (NIACE), Adult Learners’ Week in England is backed by thousands of supporters.

During this week-long festival of learning, events take place in workplaces, libraries, cafes, prisons, museums and colleges across the country, motivating adults of all ages and backgrounds to take up new activities.

Adult Learners’ Week also recognises the achievements of outstanding individuals and inspiring learning projects through national and regional awards. Read some of the winners’ stories or view a film of last year’s winners .

During Adult Learners Week 2010, an estimated 100,000 adults engaged in over 4,000 learning events. In a survey of participants, 57% of the people who took part in activity enrolled on, or applied for, a course as a result of getting involved.
