Optimus Sourcing is run by two directors, Blake Henegan and Paul Judge, with the aim of providing the very best Training Service for our clients by utilising current technologies and always looking to improve our processes.
Blake Henegan is 32 years old, married with a baby boy. He loves to explore and travel to new places especially in Asia. His most recent trip was to Vietnam at the start of 2011 which he recommends to everyone he meets. He has been involved in the world of training and learning for the last 9 years sourcing all sorts of training including Management, Leadership, IT, Sales and even some very bizarre requirements. Blake is responsible for Account Management and Business Development.

Paul Judge is 32 years old and also married with a baby boy (there is something in the water at our offices as the babies are 8 weeks apart!). He is a keen sportsman regularly playing football, swimming, competing in triathlons, marathons and anything else he can make time for. Paul got involved in training a few years back when he was involved in arranging training for his previous company. Since Optimus Sourcing began he has continually built on his skills and looking at ways to improve the service we offer to customers.
