Now I’m sure you’ve been there as either a student or a trainer/facilitator. I was one a few months back, on a 2 day course and the trainer said we’d be away by 430 each day. Now I’d seen the timings and the course was due to finish at 5pm so for me that was 1 hour I wasn’t getting. It turned out I was too ill to attend the 2nd day so I don’t know what time that finished but I bet that the 2nd day didn’t finish at 5pm!
It got me thinking that if a training session is scheduled to finish at a certain time it shouldn’t finish any earlier!
Now I know that this doesn’t apply to everyone and maybe it’s just an example of a poor trainer but if you find yourself in that situation as a delegate or trainer then just stop and think about the impact just an extra 30 minutes or so can make.

As a result of extensive research with previous PRINCE2 training course delegates QA have taken a bold leap and have adjusted their training course offering.
PRINCE2 Foundation is now just a 2 day training course including the Foundation Exam which is sat on the afternoon of the 2nd day. It is aimed at people who are either new to Projects or have some basic project management experience prior to attending the training.
PRINCE2 Practitioner is now a 3 day training course, with the PRINCE2 Practitioner exam sat on the 2nd day. The third day now focuses on using PRINCE2 when Managing and Leading Projects in work based environments. This will provide learners with a far broader range of skills than ever before!
PRINCE2 Pre-course reading has been replaced by eLearning which is interactive and expected to take around 2 hours to complete.
Finally QA have offered anyone booking through us with 2 further chance to pass the PRINCE2 Exam
